Just Italian offers a full-features dictionary, where each dictionary entry is a card you can add to your learning queue!

tip

If you do not know how to translate a specific word, you can look it up in the dictionary, and then add this card by tapping the ADD THIS CARD button.

The card will be shown to you in a short learning session, and you can grade the card. From then on, it will be shown to you as often as you need to practice it.

You will never forget how to translate that word!

Which cards appear in the results list?​

If you look up a word, the results lists include cards of various types:

  • The top-most result is the word card of the word you have looked up.
  • Below, there will cards that have this word as one of their translations.
  • Even further below, there will be sentence cards that contain this word.

How to add a search result as a card?​

Just tap on one of the search results, and a popup will be shown. From there, you can add the card to your learning queue.
